White Horse Saison MKIII

A saison that has been made with Little Earth Project’s own grown organic hops, barely and floor malted organic wheat malt. Typically only reserved for keg it’s now made it’s way to bottle - thankfully! Brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of the breweries own yeast and traditional farmhouse strain. It’s dry, sparkling and extremely drinkable. It’s all organic (although unable to get officially certified due to Covid). Vegan-Friendly.
