Pinot Noir 2019
A pale cherry red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes - it’s brightly acidic and has light tannins. Think aromas of freshly milled black pepper and crushed blackberries - beautiful!
The Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and left on skins before fermenting in a single barrel, slow ferment, six months in oak. Wild ferment, Minimal sulphur added, zero filtration and zero fining. Vegan-friendly.
