It’s a nutty farmhouse beer that has been fermented with saison yeast before being aged with sherry flor for 12 months in mixed-use whiskey and sherry barrels. It’s extremely dry and not sour... Incredible stuff from this super exciting brewery (and orchard) in the heart of Wales. Vegan-Friendly.
