A naturally sparkling dry cider that has been made with equal measures of Braeburn, Jonagold, Goldens and Bramley apples. Each fruit was pressed separately before being blended together and left to age in the Qvevri for 8 months underground. Aromas of honey and dry hay, with a taste of apple and funky flavours to make this cider super exciting and savoury to finish. Note the Qvevri are lined with beeswax. Gluten-Free.
