This unique cider from Pilton is a blend of flesh-fermented-barrel-aged blackcurrant wine, sweet Keeved cider, Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic. Excellent with soft blue cheese, Scarlett Sharpe offers ripe red fruits on the nose and sour currants on the palate.
