In Touch 2 Cider
One of our favourite ciders is back and it's bigger and better than ever! In Touch II by Pilton and guest blender Martyn Goodwin-Sharman is available for purchase now, and as before it will be sold under wraps in tissue paper until the big reveal on Instagram at 6pm on Fri 23rd April. Until then, all we know about the cider is that it has been made by soaking grape skins in fermenting keeved cider for three weeks. The skins are strained off and the cider allowed to referment and then mature for six months, before being blended with naturally sweet new season keeved cider.
So no tasting notes as of yet - and even we don't know which grapes have been used (last year it was pinot noir but this year it will be different)... Exciting stuff!
