New from our friends Fyne Ales up in Scotland, Nàdar Rhubarb is the first in their new series of spontaneously fermented beers. This complex beer was made by combining vintages of beers fermented only using the native Glen Fyne mircroflora local to the brewery and aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrels. Nàdar Rhubarb was then finished on the Scottish fruit for a further six months before bottling. It's sharp, tart and funky with a dry finish... Basically, beautifully made and beautiful in taste.
