A blend of Fyne Ales' 2016 and 2017 spontaneous vintages, bottled in 2019. Made using beer that has been fermented only using the native microflora local to the brewery, it is bold, sour and elegant. Aged in oak barrels, this is a gueuze inspired beer that is super complex, funky and dry. We've sampled - it's probably one of the best beers we've had in a long time. Vegan-Friendly.
