Part of a single unblended barrel series of only 215 bottles. Fermented and aged for 16 months in a freshly emptied cider barrel. Dry hopped with Olicana. Bottle conditioned at ambient cellar temperature for 9 months. Made with floor-malted pilsner, spelt, wheat, rye, and aged hops. Vegan-friendly.
