A new beer from Exale in collaboration with the incredible Tillingham Wines. This pale ale is fermented with a clean ale yeast on pinot grigio whole bunch grapes. The result? A complex beer/wine hybrid that has an aroma of hedgerow, melon rind, bramble and fruit compote that has been made using natural yeasts. Like a medium dry, natural orange wine combined with a Trappist ale. Super different, super good. Vegan-Friendly.
