The Mix-Up Volume II 2019
A new wine in 2019 which is very different from the 2018 iteration. This time around the wine has been made using a white blend (50% chardonnay / 50% pinot gris) that was whole bunch pressed into 500L Burgundy barrels and indigenously fermented separately. Both wines spent seven months in barrel before being blended together and bottled. Flavours of lemon, slight hints of vanilla, white flowers, ginger and pink grapefruit. Vegan-friendly.
