Nightjar Pinot Noir 2019

The third generation of Blackbook's Nightjat Pinot Noir - which is one of our favourite British red wines! Using hand picked grapes from Essex at Clayhill Vineyard before being fermented naturally in a small open top wooden fermenter at Blackbook's winery at Battersea. Aged in 5-10 year old burgundy barrels for 9 months. Unfiltered and unfined. Vegan-friendly.
