Steady Rolling Man

ABV 5.2%

From
£3.00

Steady Rolling Man. Our pale ale. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we discovered, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

A Hymn For The Fields

Pilsner malt and wheat mashed at a low temperature begin by making a rounded beer with a dry finish. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, German Hallertau Blanc and a small addition of US Talus in the whirlpool, we’ve co-pitched traditional farmhouse saison yeast and wine yeast nutrient, they both boost the vinous flavours of the hops and bring a light tartness and full body. The result is a hybrid between a Belgian classic, a NEIPA and a sweet wine. Light stone fruit flavour upfront with tones of grass, fresh vanilla and a coarse mineral finish.

Sea of stars

ABV 8%

From
£4.00

This DIPA is a journey through Nelson Sauvin, a hop which we think brings oodles of complexity and breadth to any beer it's in. The base of this beer is made up of pilsner malt, oats and wheat to bring a lavish, creamy body. Nelson was used on the hot and cold side and it brings soft, waxy bitterness with a herbal, resinous fruit character bouncing with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, smooth and refreshingly bitter with a zippy burst of lime peel at the very end.

Lightbulb

ABV 4.5%

From
